Case Study: Express MOT Express MOT are a small independent garage based in Southampton (honest and good value by the way, you can find them at www.expressmot.co.uk). ExpressMOT were successful for many years having achieved a good Google ranking and by offering MOTs for £35. However with the recession, every other garage in land also reduced their prices and Express soon lost their unique selling point - price. To compound their problems, the local chains KwikFit and Nationwide Autocentre began taking online bookings. How did we help? We integrated an online booking system into their existing website. We made the look and feel of it consistent for a seemless customer experience. The system allows the online booking of MOTs and services and takes payment in advance securely via PayPal. It handles all communication with the customer and allows the garage to send reminder emails and text messages automatically.
